Processing Time:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Custom orders take up to one to two weeks to create and ship. Orders that do not require any customization will ship within five business days.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes that may apply. Mother's of Unborn Angels LLC. is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns. If the item arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible for review and replacement by email at support@mothersofunbornangels.com. Please ensure that you include your order number with your email.

Payment Options:

At this time we currently accept payments via PayPal and any form of debit or credit card.

Communication:

Please ensure that your email address is correct at the time you place your order. If we notice any irregularities or if there are any issues with your order that is our form of communication with you so it is imperative that your contact information is accurate.​

Shipping Fee Increase:

We recently had to increase shipping fees due to the changes at USPS. International package fees have gone up and due to that we had to also increase the shipping fee to ensure that enough postage is paid so that your order is received. ​

Covid 19 Delays:

At this time we are noticing that deliveries are taking longer than normal. Please keep in mind due to the pandemic at hand Mothers of Unborn Angels has no control on how long it will take to receive the item once it is shipped.
