The Certificate of Life is for bereaved parents who were not able to obtain a birth certificate or bereaved parents who suffered the loss of a child. If you do not know the sex of the baby or did not name them we can use your last name for the baby and still provide you with a certificate.
 
Please include the following information in the notes or below:
 
The angels name.
Mother and fathers name if you want them both on the certificate.
Date the baby was born.
The date the baby gained their wings.
 
If you require further customization please dont hesitate to include it in the notes or email us after the order has been placed at support@mothersofunbornangels.com and include your order number to ensure we customize the correct order.
